Founder and co-host of "Served Up” Bridget Albert is a James Beard Foundation Women in Beverage Honoree and member of Southern Glazer’s Top Shelf PR team.

She has designed beverage programs and educational training for top national accounts, and won numerous accolades for her work in the beverage world, including first female mixologist to be featured on “Iron Chef America.” She is co-author of “Market Fresh Mixology.”

Eric Hemer, MW, MS

Senior Vice President & Director of Wine Education

As co-host of “Served Up,” Eric Hemer brings over 35 years of experience with Southern Glazer’s to the table. In his current role, he oversees wine, spirits, product education, and certification.

Eric is a Certified Wine Educator, Master Sommelier, and

Master of Wine, and works closely with these organizations as a lecturer, examiner, and mentor. He is also an advisor to the Beverage Academy at Florida International University.
