Principles of Pairing Wine with Cheese

In this seminar we will explore and experience classic matches of the cheese & wine world. We will learn about how these unique cheeses are produced and taste the wines that match perfectly with them from the same geographic areas.

This is a single session course lasting 2.5 hours. No prerequisites are required.

 Please note that sample food pairings may contain dairy/gluten/nuts etc.
