Business Resource Groups drive organizational change

The Business Resource Groups (BRGs or internally what we call C.H.E.E.R.S. Groups) are open to all employees and operate locally, but connect with each other nationally. They provide a safe space for employees to discuss important issues, celebrate diverse perspectives, and advocate for ongoing improvements.  Our C.H.E.E.R.S. Groups are part of what makes Southern Glazer's a great place to work.

Connecting Service members to career job training

Southern Glazer’s is proud to be an approved industry partner of the Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program. This program is for transitioning military members in the final 180 days of their military contract to gain valuable civilian work experience.
