In this exciting four-part series, we will learn about the history of wine in the United States and the laws that govern the production and sales of wine in the USA. We will explore emerging wine regions but take a deeper dive into the wine regions of Washington State, Oregon, and California. We will discover why and how the US has become a huge driver in the world of wine through tasting the many styles of wine produced here and the major grape varieties as well as how the different and unique climates of the major wine regions create world class wines.
This is a beginner level 5-session course lasting 2.5 hours each session.
